Visits to our site
As a visitor to this Site, you can engage in many activities without providing any personal information. When you connect to our Web site, SailAlong's web servers use non-persistent cookies, allowing us to maintain custom settings and items in your shopping cart while you browse. Downloading/Purchasing our products
SailAlong Software allows you to download our products for a 30-day trial without entering your personal data. In order to purchase our products, SailAlong collects your name, phone number, billing address, shipping address, credit card information and e-mail address. This information is used to record and support your participation in the activities you select. If you subscribe to a service or register a product, for example, the information is used to register your rights to technical support, or other benefits that may be made available to registered users. Your personal information is also used to keep you informed about product upgrades and special offers, if you have so opted to receive such communications. We are the sole owner of this information, and will not sell, share or rent this information to others.

From time to time, SailAlong may ask questions, on a voluntary basis, so that we can gauge customer satisfaction and develop better products. If you elect to participate, SailAlong may ask you to provide us with personal information, such as zip code, job title and function, usage patterns, and other information. Again, this information will be used by SailAlong Software for customer service purposes, and will not be sold, shared or rented.

When you choose to receive e-mail from us
From time to time you may receive e-mailed information about our products, promotions, and services. To remove your name from our e-mail list, send an e-mail to customerservice@sailalong.com. For your convenience, we will include instructions to unsubscribe at the bottom of every promotional e-mail we send.
